Hey,

R.E. today is going to be a little bit different! I want you to have a look at the websites below and then write a reply back to me telling me what you have learnt about the symbols from different religions…

    I learnt that the cross is a symbol.

    the star is the symbol of jewish.
    the cross is the symbol of christianity.
    a flame is a symbol.

    When people slice a piece of bread it reminds them of
    Jesus on the cross being boken.(:

    I have learnt that an empty cross means Jesus is not dead!

    In R.E today we learnt alot. We learnt that colours are symbols aswell as pictures.

    My place is New Zealand, because it is at the other side of the world and because Narnia and Lord of the Rings were filmed there.
    Today it is 18 degrees celcius. It is fine with morning cloud.

    We learnt about the fish symbol,we learnt that the fish is called icthus that means fish.
